Forms of Payment Accepted:

I request that a Bank Transfer payment is made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. I am happy to agree on payment instalment plans as appropriate.

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, it can sometimes be necessary to cancel appointments. However, in order to meet all of my valued clients’ needs and requirements I have a strict cancellation policy in place. For cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will require 100% of the fee is to be paid by the client. If in unavoidable situations appointments need to be cancelled by me, refunds (pro-rata) will be provided or appointments re-arranged as appropriate for the client.

Arriving late for an appointment:

If you are running late for an appointment I would appreciate if you could let me know as soon you can. I will do my best to provide you with your full appointment time allocation, but this may not always be possible. On occasions when it is not possible the session fee remains payable in full.

Contact outside of appointments:

I can be contacted outside of scheduled appointments via text or email and will always aim to respond to you within 24 hours. Should additional regular and frequent contact be required fees may be discussed.


All work with clients is treated with the strictest of confidentiality. As per the requirements of the ACCPH and ICF, and in order to ensure continued best practice I receive regular supervision during which I discuss and review work with clients. Any reference to specific clients is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality and at no point do I divulge information that would disclose the identity of my clients.


The degree of success of coaching depends entirely on an individual’s commitment to attending and engaging in sessions and following action plans agreed between the coach and client.
